01About us

Bade LLC, registered at Aghmashenebeli Alley 240, Tbilisi, Georgia, organises the Bade Open padel tournament series in Tbilisi, Georgia. You can reach us at info@badesport.com or +995 596 71 18 18.

02What we offer

The website is where a pair registers for an upcoming tournament. One entry covers one team of two players, in one category, of one tournament. The dates, venue, categories, number of spots, prize pool and entry fee of each tournament are published on the website before you register.

The entry fee covers the group stage (normally three matches) and, for the teams that advance, the play-off; match balls; and a Bade match shirt for each player, handed out at check-in. Loan rackets are available at the venue free of charge.

03Registration and who can enter

Registration is made through the form on the website by one of the two players. That player confirms that they are at least 18 years old, that the details given are accurate, and that the partner named in the entry has agreed to take part and to their name and phone number being passed to us. Players under 18 may take part only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must contact us before registering.

Choose the category that matches your level: A is the strongest, C is for beginners and improving players. To keep the draw fair we may move a team to another category before the draw is published, and we will tell you if we do.

If you register without a partner, we will try to match you with a player of a similar level. We cannot guarantee a match; if none is found before the draw is made, the entry is cancelled and anything you have paid is refunded in full.

An entry is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email carrying your entry code. We may refuse or cancel an entry that contains false information or was made in breach of these terms.

04Entry fee and payment

Prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL), per team, and include all applicable taxes. The fee that applies is the one shown on the website at the moment you submit your entry.

You can pay in one of two ways:

• Online, by card. Payment is taken on the secure payment page of Bank of Georgia. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You enter your card details on the bank’s page — we never see or store them. Your spot is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds.
• By bank transfer or at the club. Your spot is held for 48 hours from registration. If payment has not been received by then, we may release the spot to the next team.

After a successful payment you receive a confirmation and an invoice by email. If a card payment fails or is interrupted, no spot is confirmed and no money is taken; if you believe you were charged without your entry being confirmed, contact us and we will put it right.

05Waitlist

When a category is full, new entries join the waitlist. A waitlisted entry does not hold a spot and is not charged. If a spot opens we contact you by email, and the spot becomes yours once the entry fee is paid.

06Delivery of the service

We do not ship physical goods. The service is delivered in person, at the venue and on the dates published for the tournament you entered. Your confirmation and invoice are delivered by email as soon as you register or pay. The draw and the match schedule are published three days before the first match.

07Withdrawals and refunds

Withdrawing a team, replacing a player and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

08Changes and cancellation by Bade

Where it is necessary — because of the weather, the availability of courts or the number of teams entered, for example — we may change the schedule, format, court allocation or venue of a tournament. If we cancel a tournament or a category, or move it to a date you cannot attend, you may choose between a full refund and moving your entry to another tournament.

09Conduct and rules of play

Matches are played under the rules announced for the tournament; on sporting matters the tournament director’s decision is final. Players are expected to be on time for check-in and for every match, and a team that is not ready to play at its scheduled time may forfeit the match.

We may remove from a tournament, without a refund, a player or team that behaves violently, abusively or dangerously, damages the venue, or deliberately misrepresents their level.

Players must also follow the house rules of the host club.

10Health and risk

Padel is a physical sport. By entering you confirm that each player is fit to take part and plays at their own risk. We recommend personal accident insurance. You are responsible for your own belongings at the venue.

11Prizes

The prize pool and how it is split are published for each category on the tournament’s page. Prizes go to the teams placed according to the final results and are paid out after the tournament, in accordance with the tax legislation of Georgia.

12Results, photos and video

Draws, scores and standings, including players’ names, are published on the website. Tournaments are photographed and filmed, and we use that material on our website and social media to report on and promote our tournaments. If you would rather not appear in published photos or video, tell us at check-in or write to info@badesport.com and we will respect that as far as we reasonably can. The Privacy Policy has the details.

13Intellectual property

The Bade name and logo, and the text, design, photographs and video on the website, belong to us or to our partners. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

14Liability

We are responsible for running the tournament you paid to enter with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, for loss or injury caused by another participant, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control — severe weather, a power cut or a decision of a public authority, for example. Our total liability in connection with one entry is limited to the entry fee paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Georgia, or the rights you have as a consumer.

15Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your entry is the one published on the website on the day you registered. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.

17Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. A dispute that cannot be settled by agreement is decided by the courts of Georgia.
